ABOUT US
Key Club at Dobie has maintained its mission of providing opportunities for community service to its members. Our passion to improve and devote time to help conveys our simple but vital motto of "Caring-Our Way Of Life". By being a member of Dobie HS Key Club, it is our duty to be involved in the South Belt area and we are able to showcase this from the many events we partake in:

Members who join Key Club gradually are able to realize that there is more to care about than themselves, whether it be another human, animal, or the environment. Leadership is one of multiple values members will be able to take away from joining by learning to have the urge to make a difference. This as well provides the chance to meet diverse people who share the same dedication to volunteer. Unforgettable memories are sure to be made from Key Club by forming friendships from sharing experiences of making an impact in the world.
WHAT IS KEY CLUB?
Key Club is the oldest (currently its 93rd year) and largest community service organization for high school students. Its impact is on a global scale spreading to 35 countries, 5,000 high school campuses , and a total of 270,000 members. Invaluable experiences are created from serving and students are likely to have a new stance on the importance of community service. Furthermore, this organization teaches essential values that may prove to be beneficial not only in their high school careers such as:

Leadership - A leader is able to take control of a situation and listen to the input of others.

Character building - Behaving with kindness and integrity every day and establishing powerful relationships.
